  • Monday to Friday: 7AM – 3PM / 3PM – 10PM
  • Alternate Weekends: 7AM – 3PM / 3PM – 10PM
  • Working Alternate weekends is a requirement of the role

A Home Care Worker provides essential support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities in their own homes. Their responsibilities typically include:

  • Personal care: Helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Meal preparation: Cooking and serving meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Medication assistance: Reminding or Administering clients to take prescribed medications.
  • Household tasks: Cleaning, laundry, shopping, and other domestic duties.
  • Companionship: Engaging in conversation, accompanying clients on outings, and supporting their emotional well-being.
  • Health monitoring: Observing and reporting any changes in the client’s condition to healthcare professionals.
  • Mobility support: Assisting with movement, including using mobility aids.
