Care Worker – Domiciliary Care – All

As part of the reablement team you will primarily be supporting service users returning home from the hospital, helping them achieve their desired outcomes. A reablement episode can last up to 6 weeks. During this time, you will be responsible for assessing the service user, agreeing on achievable outcomes, and ordering low-level equipment. Additionally, during downtime, you will support domiciliary care calls in surrounding areas.

The location would be Zone 5 Bishop Auckland / Shildon / Barnard Castle and surrounding areas

Shifts: 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm – you will complete a mixture of the two shifts to work with other carers in this team

Wage £13.30 per hour – block bookings

Mileage 30p per mile – starting from home to first call
