Your Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility and physical exercises, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding, adhering to dietary requirements.
  • Administer medication as prescribed, following proper protocols.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment.
  • Maintain accurate care records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, contributing to a clean and safe living space.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with errands as needed.

Person Specification:

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • A caring and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and reliability in meeting the needs of clients.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • A valid driving licence may be required for home care roles.
