Chef – Residential Care – Permanent
This post is to cook and provide meals to 31 clients, also to provide for Day Care clients, variable but usually under 10 in number.
Usual kitchen safety measures and mandatory training to be undertaken.
Knowledge of altered diets and Speech and Language recommendations would be an advantage, although training can be given, and followed up with specialist training.
Recordings to comply with Food hygiene and Safety.
Ordering and recordings in line with a busy kitchen.
26 hours can be variable on a rota basis to include weekends.
