You will be assisting the Cook to prepare balanced, nutritious meals within a controlled hygienic environment. Your responsibilities also include serving meals to the residents, collection of cutlery and crockery and the adequate cleaning of the kitchen.

The successful candidate must be available to work over a 7 day rota. A good knowledge of food hygiene is desirable, along with a positive attitude and desire to deliver the best possible service to the residents in our care. Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential.

Picktree Court is family run and caters for 62 older persons requiring residential care on the ground floor and first floor, with a further 26 beds on the second floor providing nursing care, all to an exceptionally high standard.
