Person Specification:

Essential qualifications:

  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Proven experience in medication administration with an understanding of pharmacology principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
