The Care and Support Group employ carers, supervisors and managers who work in the community, across the North East and North Yorkshire.

From our Head Office in Stanley, we coordinate the care services that we provide across County Durham. The care services provided are for adults in their own home and may be elderly and infirm, whilst some staff provide more specialised care for people with autism and learning disabilities. Caring for others is a rewarding career and every day is different. Wherever your interest lies we provide fully funded initial and refresher training alongside more specialised courses.  We treat all our staff as professionals and can provide a flexible work pattern. Our hourly rates of pay are competitive and staff are paid 5.6 weeks annual leave. If you use your car for work you will be paid a mileage allowance whereas we also have some roles for none drivers within our Supported Living projects.
